This sample has a daily quota and I have not been able to order it yet because the quota has been exceeded.

am thinking this link is no good or something as no matter what time I check (even the middle of the night) they have always reached their quota.

They may have stopped taking orders. I ordered mine a few days ago before putting it on the website and my order went through fine.
